Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, even if you pay cash, you need a credit card to secure your ride. Reservation agent will ask for it when you confirm your ride.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What is a limousine?

Limousine (limo) is a luxury sedan.

How long does it take to get from San Francisco to San Francisco Airport?

Depending on where you are in the city, the time ranges from 25 to 45 minutes without traffic.

How much time do I need at the airport?

Currently it is advised to be at the airport 2 hours prior to a domestic flight and 2.5-3 hours for international flights.

Do you offer last minute service?

Advanced reservations are strongly recommended, all vehicles are subject to availability and some times are not available.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel any time. If you cancel in less than 24 hours prior to your trip you will be charged a full price.

What about waiting time?

For airport service (SF-SFO) we allow a 15 minute complimentary wait time. After that, an hourly rates apply.

What happens if I need to make an extra stop?

There will be a fee depending on the distance. The reservation agent will assist you with this.

Do you offer car seats for kids?

We do, there is a $10 fee for that, our car seats are for children 5 lbs. to 35 lbs. Let us know you need it when you call.

Do you have accessible vehicles?

No. Unfortunately, we do not have anything that will handle a wheelchair.

I need to transport my pet.

For this we offer only SUV (no sedans). Your cat or dog should be placed in proper carrier and placed in the cargo section of the vehicle. All pets will be transported according safety rules and regulations.
